Your first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation designed to help us better understand your mental health needs, concerns, and goals. During the visit, your provider will review your medical and mental health history, discuss your current symptoms, medications, lifestyle, and any previous treatments. Together, you'll develop a personalized treatment plan, which may include brief psychotherapy alongside medication management , lifestyle modifications, or referrals to additional resources or services when appropriate. Our goal is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and actively involved in your care.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, simply contact our office by phone or send us a secure message. We recommend notifying us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your scheduling needs and offer the appointment time to another patient.

Yes. If medication is clinically appropriate following a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, your provider may recommend and prescribe medication as part of your personalized treatment plan.
